  • All external flights include 23 kg check-in baggage and in-flight meals (Short duration flights meals not included)
  • Long drive days may include packed lunches or dinners for passenger convenience.
  • Visa appointment support is guaranteed, but visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy.
  • Group arrival transfer from Rome is provided for flights landing between 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM; waiting time may apply.

  • Bookings made more than 45 days before departure: ₹30,000 per person at booking plus ₹45,000 per person within 7 days.
  • Bookings within 45 days of departure: ₹75,000 per person deposit and full balance at least 21 days before departure.
  • Bookings within 21 days of departure: Full payment (100%) required at booking.
  • Prices are subject to change due to variations in airfare, taxes, fuel surcharges, or exchange rates. Any resulting difference must be settled before departure.
  • Failure to follow payment timelines may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of amounts paid.
  • 1.2 Pricing
  • All prices are quoted per person on a twin-sharing basis.
  • Single travelers must pay the applicable single supplement.
  • Rates and offers remain subject to change until full payment is received.
  • 1.3 Tax Collected at Source (TCS)
  • 5% TCS applies on bookings up to ₹10 lakh.
  • 20% TCS applies on the amount exceeding ₹10 lakh (effective 1 April 2025).
  • 10% TCS applies if the passenger’s PAN is not linked with Aadhaar (PAN considered inoperative).
  • TCS is calculated on the total tour cost and must be paid along with the final payment.
  • 2. Cancellations & Refunds
  • 2.1 Cancellation by Client
  • Standard Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 120 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost.
  • 120 to 60 days: 25% of total tour cost.
  • 60 to 30 days: 50% of total tour cost.
  • 30 to 15 days: 75% of total tour cost.
  • Within 15 days: 100% cancellation (no refund).
  • Visa Rejection: ₹20,000 per person plus visa fees, visa assistance charges, and travel insurance are non-refundable.
  • 2.2 Cancellation by Operator
  • If a tour is cancelled due to operational reasons, low participation, or force majeure, a full refund of the tour cost will be issued.
  • The operator is not responsible for additional expenses such as visas, insurance, or domestic travel incurred in preparation for the tour.
  • 3. Travel Insurance
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and repatriation.
  • Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.
  • 4. Passport & Visa Requirements
  • Guests are responsible for holding a valid passport and obtaining the necessary visas.
  • Passports must be valid for at least six months after the return date.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable.
  • The operator is not liable for visa rejections, entry denials, or delays by immigration authorities.

  • The itinerary may be modified due to weather, operational issues, or local conditions.
  • No refunds are available for missed or unused services caused by circumstances beyond control.

  • Departure Cities: Mumbai / Delhi / Bengaluru Airlines Used: Qatar Airways, Emirates (subject to 90-day advance purchase), Air India, Gulf Air, Finnair, Oman Air, IndiGo, or other suitable carriers.
  • Baggage allowance follows airline policy. Excess baggage charges apply as per airline rules.

  • Hotels provided will be of the same or similar category as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Standard check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may incur extra cost.
  • Guaranteed early check-in is charged at one night’s room rate.
  • 6. Additional Tour Conditions
  • The tour will operate only with a minimum of 20 passengers.
  • If group strength is low, the tour may be merged with a similar group without compromising inclusions.
  • Group reshuffling may occur for smooth tour operations.
  • Alternate sightseeing will be arranged if any attraction is closed.
  • Packed dinners may be provided during delays or due to local driving regulations.
